personal use vs commercial use

personal: any use that does not generate profit (e.g. gift, roleplay, etc.)
commercial: any use that could generate income, directly or indirectly
(e.g. use in content creation, resale)

a small fee will be charged if
you use your commission in content creation and credit wil be required.

  • paying upfront is optional, but all payment must be made before receiving any commissioned file/s

  • do not send any payment until after I have agreed to accept the commission

  • if you cancel the commission after payment, you will not receive a refund

  • if I cancel the commission for any reason after payment, you will receive a full refund

  • all commissions cannot be used commercially or resold for any purpose; we can discuss this before payment if you would like to buy commercial/resale rights

  • please be sure to check my wills & wonts to see what kind of content i can create

  • minor changes after initial approval are allowed, however larger changes/ changes that go against the original reference may cost extra

  • larger changes include: hair color/style, outfit, etc. (feel free to ask before-hand)

  • you can edit your file for personal use only; however, you cannot remove my watermark or claim the skin as your own work

  • if used in content creation, it would be appreciated to credit me as the artist

  • i retain full ownership of images of your commission to use wherever i please

  • i will not post the file for public use if you have asked me not to
